guided wellness
Hi! I’m Lauren Nori, the provider and owner behind Guided Wellness.
I’m first and foremost a wife to my amazing husband, Alex, and a mom to two beautiful children—roles that deeply shape both my life and my approach to care. Family is at the center of everything I do, and I value a slower, more intentional way of living rooted in faith, connection, and creating a meaningful home. The simple things that I feel like our society has strayed from. Becoming a mother profoundly reshaped the way I listen—to my body, my intuition, and the subtle cues that signal when something is out of balance. It deepened my appreciation for the body’s innate wisdom and sparked a passion for holistic, integrative approaches to caring for my family and my patients. Motherhood taught me to slow down, ask better questions, and trust what isn’t always immediately measurable. That perspective now guides my clinical practice, where I blend evidence-based medicine with a whole-person approach. This honors both science and intuition to support true, sustainable health. I bring experience from a wide range of clinical settings and 8 years in health care total, beginning with earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University and working for several years in a neuro–intensive care unit. I later became a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating summa cum laude from Northern Kentucky University with a Master of Science in Nursing. I have been working in aesthetics and integrative care from the start of my advanced provider career.
This background allows me to approach care thoughtfully, with attention to both clinical integrity and the individual behind the symptoms.
As a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner my care is intentionally collaborative.
I partner closely with patients, taking the time to understand their story, their symptoms, and the patterns that have shaped their health over time. I rely on data and diagnostics, while also paying close attention to what patients are experiencing beyond the numbers. My work is integrative and individualized, blending conventional medical training with a root-cause, whole-person lens. Whether you’re addressing hormone imbalance, navigating persistent unresolved symptoms, or seeking a more sustainable approach to achieving optimal health. I offer care that is unhurried, grounded, and aligned with what matters most to you.
Benefits
When lab results fall within range but you still don’t feel well, something deeper is often at play. I specialize in identifying overlooked imbalances and root causes that influence health long before they show up clearly on standard tests.
